Store Policy
A movie that is rented but fails to play on a member’s machine will be checked on our store machine.
A refund/credit will only be offered if the movie fails to play on our machine.

Members are encouraged to reserve movies. Please understand that availability is subjected to the movie having been returned, by another member, in time for your reservation. Due to the heavy demand for movies on Tuesday’s, Saturday’s and Public Holidays. Reservations on these days will not be accepted. Reserved movies will be held only until 9:00 pm.

If a movie has been lost or damaged the replacement value and late fee must be paid in full. Please report any lost/damaged movie as soon as possible.

All movies rented on Tuesday’s are charged $12.
All movies rented on other days, but kept over Tuesday’s are charged the normal rates.

Movies returned in the drop-off box after closing hours will be recorded as being returned the next day.

Credit card transactions must be more than $100.
